Wayne's Place

If you want a collection of very different options to choose from outside of the regular breakfast dishes, there this place is for you. The staples of bacon, eggs, coffee, etc. Are all there to choose from, however, in the dish arrangement are many different facets that you wouldn’t usually associate with such meals. We all found this very refreshing, and intriguing to the taste buds. Also the atmosphere and service was delightful, very cosy. Will be back again!

Cozy little cafe on Marion Street, not far from the Marketplace shopping centre. We walked in and there was seating available. Staff were very friendly and brought us water, menus and smiles straight away. The coffees are good and come with a cookie. We also liked the brunch options and array of pastries available.

Good coffee and a terrific Rueben sandwich which was easy eating. Friendly staff added to the relaxed atmosphere. Nice.

Amazing hospitality, interesting menu, super attentive staff and really good food. Loved everything about this place and will definitely be back. It’s an interesting menu with a combination of flavors from Asia, India, Mediterranean and so on. Ask for the chili jam separately here and you can thank me later ;- it was spicy and divine. Breakfast was very well cooked, tasty and just right. Prices also quite reasonable and portions decent. Coffee is good and cakes are also lovely. Loved the Persian orange cake. Service here is well above average and super attentive. That alone will bring me back here :- loved it and would be back here in a heartbeat. Lovely backyard seating where you can bring your dogs too :-

My sister and I had breakfast here and it was excellent. A really eclectic and interesting breakfast menu with loads of options. The very best of service and the food was delicious. Highly recommend a visit. Vegetarian options: A lot of variety for vegetarians and vegans.

We were impressed with Wayne’s Place. We’d found it on Google and it’s high scores were appealing right away. The menu looked good and the prices were low so off we went. It’s a deceptively long place with a small outside area, a front room and an area at the back we didn’t get to see. The coffee was good and arrived quickly. We had an avocado and double egg roll which was huge and very tasty. There was plenty of avocado, two nicely cooked eggs and house made relish all inside a big soft fresh bun. It was very filling. The other brekkie was just toast with jam - but the jam was house made and the flavours were amazing. This unassuming place is great value too with very affordable prices. They apparently also do dinners on some weekend nights. Worth checking out!

Great coffee and brunch!! Price is very reasonable while the food is excellent!! Also really enjoyed the backyard a lot!!

Started popping in here for my early morning coffee a couple of times a week. Apu is always super friendly, happy and makes a perfect espresso.

This place has been recommended by Leichhardt locals many times, so I finally tried their breakfast on weekend. There is a super professional junior man working at the bar, very fast and professional and it was absolutely impressive experience for me. I REALLY enjoyed their coffee and the big breakfast. I will go back there soon.
