Great little izakaya, it had a lovely atmosphere and service was really efficient. I love that the kitchen is quite open. I had the salmon poke was was very tasty with a perfect ratio of toppings to rice. I would definitely go back to try more things on the menu!
Love this place! The decor and music made for a cool atmosphere! Everyone was really nice and service was very quick. The food portions were small which made it perfect for ordering a lot of separate dishes and sharing with others! Everything was really delicious, especially the scallops!
Good spot, interesting take on modern Japanese. As a vegetarian, the options were pretty good, but not amazing. Meat and fish eaters will get more out of it!

The very BEST Japanese in Cairns. Service, food, sake and more, you won't find a better Japanese in Cairns and maybe even top in all of Australia. FANTASTIC AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Sorry but if you're thinking about Ocha cha or Wawawa PICK THIS PLACE for authentic Japanese and great service.
Food’s great! Definitely worth coming to check them out. The scallops were great! Sashimi were fresh! Definitely book before coming in.
Wonderful and fantastic Janpenese restaurant. The staff are very friendly and professional, introducing the food and drinks in details. Food is fresh and yummy. They are real Japanese food made by a real Japanese quality chef!
Strongly recommend you try the food from here. The service was outstanding and the food was even better, fast efficient and well priced. Next time we are in cairns we will be back for sure
