Routinely wait over 1 hour for an appointment. Currently an hour and 15 minutes into a wait for my appointment. I do like the doctors though.

Rudest receptionist staff, who border on racist and inept! Go elsewhere and save your time and money!

I've been to other bulk billed practices and have had to wait up to an hour after only phoning in for an appointment an hour before hand (how you can run an hour behind at 10am in the morning beats me) only to be given a 2 minute treatment with zero personal care. Admittedly I've only been to Police Rd once now, but I was seen pretty much on time (within 10 mins), and the doctor spent a decent amount of time with me, asking many questions about my family and personal history. In the end, despite having never treated a patient like me before and being unsure of who to refer me to that would benefit me most, he took the time to phone a colleague and ask them for recommendations.

Called them for an appointment. They asked me if I am new. I said yes, and got rejected immediately. They told me something about in order to register with them, it'll take 3 weeks!!! Called up MyClinic. Got an appointment arranged for the next 20 mins.

Great doctors who actually care. No 5 second in/out appointments here. The doctors are very thorough and take their time.
