Owner has very bad customer service skills, gives you attitude if you ask her to change money for you for the machines. She will look at you as though you are bothering her by being a patron of her business. Weird. Go somewhere else.

The equipments are quite old, needs upgrade. Parking and location is great though.

Do no go to this launderette! The owner is rude, has no sense of customer service. She told me that the problem I had was my problem and not hers! Also has the wrong address stated on the ticket so I drove around Melbourne trying to find my clothes and she did not care one bit!
