I always used to go here. I drove for 30 min today to get my car washed and they refused me even though they said on the phone they could wash my car.  The time is 4.40 and it closes at 6.00. You have just lost a loyal customer

Had the car washed here on Friday and when I got home realised that they had broken the screen on my built in GPS. Won't be using here again. All they had to do was be honest and admit it and I would have accepted that these things happen. But there is no way they could not have known.
