One of my frequent visit places! Food portion is HUGE! Staff were super attentive and quick to spot any one who needed any help with anything and most importantly, very friendly & genuinely happy to help. Food is always fresh and tasted so good with quick serving time. Always happy to be there!
Nice restaurant, Lucky enough to made a reservation just hours earlier and they had availability on a great spot. Food was good, tasty and hot. Service by Lidia was spot on, polite and helpful.Food: 5/5
We had the best diner in November 2022 fresh seafood amazing oysters and great service the waiters and waitresses are doing a fantastic job. We went back yesterday and the service and food is still amazing, I specially loved my kingfish salad, Only the oysters were a miss that time, with a really vinegary taste even if ordered natural so we asked to no have them at the end. But it can happen and the waitress was really nice. We'll be back
Service was really good, staff were friendly and quick. Atmosphere was great. Unfortunately we ordered the seafood platter for 2. It cost $150 and just wasn't that nice. The Oyster Kilpatricks had almost no sauce and literally just tasted like fried bacon, the rest of it was nice but I don't think the pricing was great value. The other food was good, just not up to the Watermark standard I feel.
Quality meals, great staff Pros: Simple, well cooked meals. Efficient and attentive staff. Great beer selection. Open air, lots of TV screens Cons: Slightly expensive for something that does everything very well but doesn't have anything "exceptional" about it
Great spot to have a relaxing meal with family and friends. The food was amazing well presented. Service was friendly. Definitely have to come back next time when in Townsville.Food: 5/5

Let’s face it: this place is all about the location, smack bang on The Strand. It’s a large, busy restaurant that serves a variety of seafood and meat-based dishes, with a smaller selection for vegetarians. The service was hit and miss and the food average for the price. The wine menu is good and there are cocktails available if you want to make a night of it.
Had breakfast here today food was amazing service was great. Not expensive also. Nice view of waterfront.
Went in for breakfast. As on a diet and wanted masala omelette made with chillies and onions, the waiter John obliged and got the chef to make a beautiful masala omelette even though it was not on the menu. That's customer service. John was humble and friendly. Will sure be back again. Thanks John Dietary restrictions: Low fat, low sodium, protein rich.
