It's very convenient: Watergardens SC has some good food spots & has most day-to-day needs; the Sunbury line is relatively reliable, allowing good access to western suburbs & the City. The Station is relatively clean, the help-desk has good hours of operation, and the platforms and Hub are covered. Multiple bus lines are accessible from this location.

It's a train station people. Parking - If on the Shopping centre side...ample. If on the opposite side... limited. Security - There's a police station on platform 1, nuff said. Station attendees - Found above platform 2. MyKi access - There is 1 machine found above platform 2 that accepts both card and cash options. Lifts - Yes found on platform 1, 2 and 3. All are really slow, so if you can take the stairs... do it.

Its an ok train station but there is always gangs hanging around. So its not that safe

This station has 2 trains leaving for city very close to each other such as 4:48 and 4:51. When trains run late, you never know which platform the early train departs and neither does the staff who work there so you often end up missing your train because there is not enough time to go from one platform to another especially if you have a pram or disabled and have to use a lift.
