Huge thank you to Olta and the team, also Lisa and Jamie! Sorry, I didn’t get everyone’s names. Amazing people to deal with, we had Dads 70th birthday in the private function room yesterday. It may have been hectic with the planning and trying to make sure things go smoothly. Olta and the team made the process very smooth and stress free. Highly recommended and definitely will use their service again for future events. Thanks again for your hospitality and amazing service.
I was visiting Melbourne from Perth and was blown away with this place.nThe cost was very reasonable and affordable.nThe food was perfect, although I did not try all the food, my eyes were full and satisfied, so was my belly, thank you, Chefs.nService was great from the time we walked in the door to when we walked out the door. Greeted as we went through the doorappreciate that, smile, and quick chat at the till $$. This is followed by a friendly waitress showing us to our table.nThe atmosphere there was great and had happy vibes, family friendly and best part was the indoor playground for the kids.nThank you, Watergardens Hotel and staff, for a happy and satisfying night.
Do not recommend it on busy nights. They cram you in like sardines, the queue for food was wrapped around the tables like a snake, amongst other people dining. Only to be told, move away there is no queue. Go to the section you want. All the people that had queued patiently and were in the process of getting food, suddenly have people coming at them from no where. The chefs and kitchen staff were lovely, but the organisation and volume of patrons at each session is too much
