Stayed at 66 Stevenson property. This house is very comfortable and sleeps 8 in beds. Heaps of room to secure you boat of a night plus off street parking for 2 cars. Fantastic out door area. Really recommend this place.

We had a terrible experience. We were informed we were staying at one of the most luxury properties in Yarrawonga spending over $1,000 a night.  Once we arrived we were very disappointed. Pool tiles falling off ( unsafe for young children) TVs not all in working condition, leather couches with rips in them, broken cupboard doors unable to open just to name a few. 
On our departure I informed the management and they had no interested in responding to my complaint. After serval reminders to respond the manager just stated that she believed with all the above issues and plus more I haven’t mentioned it’s still worthy of a luxury property!  To spend a huge amount of money and to get this response so disappointing. 

Please be aware that not all the properties are what they are in the photos and are not of 5 star standard however they charge 5 star prices. 😔

After searching very hard to find accomadation in Yarrawonga/lake mulwala we find out 3 weeks before our holiday that the place we left a deposit on had been demolished! 
I personally had to contact waterfront holiday houses to find this out. 
So after many frustrating phone calls I was assured the property was nicer than the one I had picked originally. 
My criteria for our holiday as we had small children was that it was secure from lake access with some kind of fencing. 
Well waterfront holidays thought a wooden play pen fence cable tied together was adequate?? Laughable 
The boat mooring well that has left me with scratched stickers and a gauges to my hull as the facility is no way good enough. Keep mind this only to took a few boats to go past to cause this and I also had 3 boat fenders hanging over the edge .
And seeked mooring at Capri waters in cypress drive for my entire stay.
Also the property had a pool and the fence was that of a self closing security door that had enough force to chop a kids finger off that is no exaggeration as the owner of the property had even told us that he had ordered a self closing hinge with water that had a softer close .
I seeked some kind of compensation from waterfront Holliday houses before our stay as it was not what we wanted and with 3 weeks out our options were extremely limited in fact only property on water with a pool was this one and all they were willing to offer was a deposit refund ! 
Never Again 
Out of principal I will not give them business ever again!
