I've been a patient of Dr Umar since around 2015 and she has been absolutely fantastic. She is mostly on time. Longest I waited was only 20 minutes which is understandable as unexpected events may happen.

Everytime I book an appointment. Do the right thing come in 10 mins prior to appointment only to sit there and witness everyone else that comes after being seen first. Should avoid this place is you appreciate promptness.

Sitting in waiting room and its now 50 minutes past my appointment time, I came 10 minutes before appointment and people just walking in and going in, now theres only 2 of us and still nothing....FRUSTRATED😠😠😠😠.  WONT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN😤😤😤

I can completely understand a day getting out of hand. It happens, but a 50 minute wait deserves a simple phone call. a short phone call to save wasting peoples time. I'm just glad at least I wasn't in there for anything urgent and I can find a new doctor now.
