Excellent customer service from start to finish. Friendly hardworking staff that made getting my car washed a very pleasant experience. Yummy healthy food in the cafe. Plus my car have never looked so great! Thankyou we will be back.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but wow! I just got home & cleaned my car myself after having paid 50$... 
I have used these guys previously when my car was basically clean but I wanted a freshen up for the first time i needed it cleaned... I left with chip board still on my seat which i easily removed myself when I got home with a vacuum and my exterior still has either dirt or dried soap not sure & basic coffee spill marks on my dash again I removed myself when i got home!! So disappointing... moral to the story if you want a coffee and pay 50 for your car to be fluffed go here... 
Definitely dont use if you're dropping 50 for an actual clean!

Signed up to the Infinity wash program for two cars, both less than six months old in January. Started of well was very impressed with the level of service and job done. 

Noticed over the past two months decline in quality of clean. They had turned part of the wash off where you go through the tunnel, at first I presumed it was broken but that was about two months ago. Next I noticed the rinse had been changed and would leave soap on the vehicle. The last fortnight the clean drying cloths have been removed and replaced by three cloths hanging on hooks that are used on multiple cars without any cleaning. I have since noticed scratches on one of the vehicles. The last wash I had on Wednesday this week they washed half of one wheel before they waved me on the conveyer.

 The changes to the wash system, the reduction in staff and a move to more junior staff indicates they may be trying to increase profit. They have lost two vehicles from me and no doubt others due to the changes. I would of been happy to pay more money had they left it the way it started, I am not happy to pay for a poor job that scratches the vehicle in the process.

I just had the interior and exterior of my car done at Washed and the team did a really good job. I could see two members of staff working on my car from where I sat at the cafe, and they were clearly being very thorough with my little car. Will definitely get my car cleaned here again.
