Took my car for a wash and interior clean today. Very disappointed in the wash inside and out. I paid for the top was around $78.nFront window inside had missed smear makes, outside water spots, wheels not cleaned, with missed spots. Says hand wash wheels. Not wiped over and vacuumed properly. No eye for detail. Yes it's a fast paced environment and pumping as many cars as possible to make money, but a little more time spent on a car wouldn't hurt. Photos attached
I’m a regular user of the wash and generally very happy however, had interior cleaned today and the rug on the back set wasn’t lifted to vacuum the seat, nor the narrow space beside front seats. See pics.nChristine
Review: nnI recently paid for the “Best” car wash package, the most expensive option available, expecting top-quality service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the result was incredibly disappointing.nnThe interior was poorly cleaned, with dust still on the dashboard, crumbs on the seats, and smudges on the windows. It was clear that little to no effort was put into properly detailing the inside of the car.nnFor the price I paid, I expected a thorough interior cleaning, but instead, it felt rushed and careless. It’s frustrating to spend extra for what was supposed to be the best service and end up with such poor results.nnI definitely won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional service. Save your money and go somewhere else.
First time trying as I'm a local. I paid for top service of wash and exterior clean only to find some new hand marks left by your staff and old marks not cleaned...nThere was also dirt still in the carpets and front window with bug marks still there.nI had to come home and give car another clean myself. Probably won't try the interior clean again...esp with young boys doing the 'job' very loosely and with no attention to detail!
2nd time of trying this place. I always give places a second chance if Im unhappy the first time. Yeah, nah… Not returning again.nThis place should be called “Wiped” not Washed.nI suppose you do get what you pay for, washed is quite cheap compared to other places, although I did pay for the best wash they offered I certainly expected a way better job.
