Dropped into the Service Department and got a diesel fuel filter. Was told that they only had 2 in stock. I was surprised as it was for a diesel Prado, so I thought they would have plenty but was informed that they don’t sell many anymore.
Just left this dealership My experience her was disappointing. Despite expressing interest in test driving a car, the salesperson refused, citing my lack of intent to purchase today. It left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Customer service should extend beyond immediate sales, fostering trust and building relationships for potential future purchases. Sorry…. But so unprofessional and typical of car sales industry. No wonder people are sick of it.
