Very friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy sales staff, who have a good sense of humour and get things done. John understood what I needed in a car, for torque, boot space, and fuel efficiency.  Despite me browsing various dealers across Victoria - for a year - and walking away each time, John made me feel so at ease and showed me the right car. So, although said we would come back next week and "if it was still there," buy it, we went straight back same day and I signed. Finance was easy to arrange, Liz did all the work for me, and I was approved on the spot, over the phone. They even had the car ready a day earlier than first agreed, offered to and picked me up from the station and did so despite the train turning out to be 45 minutes late. They showed me how everything in the car worked, and John waited to see that I hadn't driven off and was standing right there when I got out and asked "where's the hand brake in this new fangled thing?" I love my new car, which perfectly suits my needs technologically, in its performance and handling, price, as well as for the regular and really long distance commuting involved in my work every week meaning I am at times behind the wheel for six hours straight at a time when I go on tour. It is an absolute pleasure to drive and means I arrive in much greater comfort instead of doing that "wonky walk" people normally do after getting out from a few hours behind the wheel in the usual, average car. Instead of needing recovery time after the long drive and before I start client or event work, I arrive ready to go from the moment I step out of the car.  I highly recommend Warrnambool Toyota.

Would never go back. Said they fitted new parts could not show me the old parts they replaced I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
