The service was so dissatisfying that I got in my car and ordered $700 of hardware online elsewhere. I would have spent the $1,000+ on the equivalent products from there if the man behind the desk had simply  attempted to appear to be the slightest bit welcoming and interested in selling me something. Hot tip- It doesn’t take much to be courteous and polite, especially if you actually want customers.

Was only a small job however it was handled with genuine interest and completed promptly for a very reasonable price. The facility was very spacious and welcoming, highly recommended.

They came 50km out to fix my ignition barrel on my Toyota  with little notice but managed to squeeze me  in on there busy schedule, they were a pleasure to deal with , I highly recommend them and they be the first to call if I ever need a locksmith for any reason.

I remember a few years back, back when I had my pride and joy on my shoulder at all times, Pascall the Parrot. I came to this store and wanted to show off my little boy as he was always happy to get compliments. I also needed a lock for my titanium door . I remember this young chap with a moustache approached me and asked about Pascall Parrot. I said I saved him from Africa country Unknown and he was attached to me instantly. I think the chaps name was William? He wanted to pat Pascall, I hesitated, leaning backwards. I tripped over a large 40 pile of locks on the ground and I squashed my dear boy. I was struck with intense misery but realised that I still needed a lock for my titanium door. I got a lock  and I completely forgot about my dead bird. Great lock ‼
