The library layout has a range of seating which makes reading or studying comfortable and easy. My only complaint would be that the bare plastered walls make the acoustics awful. Noise echoes around the whole building. Every word of conversation from the staff desk can be heard from any point in the old hall. Its not helped by the staff who seem to talk very loudly.
The revamped Warrnambool Library is fantastic, I love how they have kept the historical aspect of the old buildings and incorporated that with the new, telling its own story. It’s very spacious and has plenty of spaces to work, relax and escape into whatever you like. There are some beautiful views from the top floor. Keep em eye on their calendar of evens as some great things come up to attend.
One of the best libraries I've ever been to. Fantastic new facilities, cafe and outdoor area, really friendly staff. It was actually a joy to study here.
Such an amazing place, surely best place to chill and study for a bit. Great views of the beach and amazing architecture. Amazing books too and staff are friendly.
A beautiful, modern, and useful library, spacious, and has plenty of power points and seats, the staff is very friendly and happy to help.nnAlso, the kids enjoy the library as well, if you are a person who likes more quiet space, then bring your earplugs just in case.
