Been to a few ice-skating centres - in WA & NSW. This is the worst one by far.nnWe went there 9ish, the car park outside is small but lucky we had a spot. The first session was from 9-11am. Very small and old inside in the waiting/ spectators/ changing shoes crowded area - not pleasant at all!nThe penguin thingy to help people who cannot skate to hold onto is free. There is also a slide for kids. The condition of the iced floor is poor.nnWe went there in May so weather is cooling down. I cannot imagine if people go there during Summer time, it will be hot and humid inside and over-crowded with sweaty and smelly people. It would be great if they expand the business and add a little cafe for the customers to sit down and relax.nnJust little something to do in town so it’s better than nothing. I doubt if I would bring my kids there again.nn**** Remember to bring a thick jacket as it’s freezing cold inside the rink. ****
Staff were exceptionally rude! Ice is in poor condition! Ice rink was overcrowded with over 50 people on the rink! My daughter was racially discriminated against! Will never go back!!! Clearly the owners are only interested in taking money, under false pretences, rather than maintenance of the rink and their skates!nWould give 0 stars if I could!!
Good place for kids. Toboggan run was a bit smaller than expected. Staff were inviting and happy. Bring thick socks, warm clothing and a blanket!
OMG most unprofessional establishment I have come across. I had a party booked today, turned up doors were locked, called the owner and he said we have no power... You ruined my 10yo birthday, one simple phone call and i would have been able to rescheduale but no you did nothing, surely this is not how you run a business.
The kid's always have a great time!nPack and wear all your winter clothes as it is obviously freezing so you all are able to stay the full 2 hour session time for the entry cost/s. The only negative was lack of water supply so ensure you take your own or $4/bottle if they have any
