Great customer service. All the parts you need to make water happen anywhere. Probably the most necessary business in the Western Downs.

Called three days in a row to purchase a pump. Nobody returned my call - receptionist even said that the call will be returned straight away. On the third day of calling finally got to talk to someone. Quite knowledgeable but I bought a pump somewhere else purely out of principle.

They couldn't be bothered returning phone calls or providing a quote that was requested, even after following up twice. Very disappointing.

Warrego Water Services, Warwick refused to refund my nearly $2000.00 for a faulty Spitwater Presure Washer which is under warranty.  Today they refused to return my Spitwater pressure pump or retum my monies paid which is in breach of Fair Trading Laws of Queensland and Australia.
