Choo Choos is just fantastic, the people are really helpful and the breakfast I had was delicious.
Fantastic station. The Café there is great, the selection of food and drinks is good and they are well priced. The station overall is good but I will say there is not may bins on the platform to get rid of rubbish and the ones that are there are all the way at the entrance so maybe some more bins scattered around the station would be ideal. But other then that great station.
Priority seating area inside is very uncomfortable and needs replacing or updatingnIt is great they have a heated indoor area, toilets usually clean, a cafe and staff lve found helpful as it is a manned station
I came to the station Wednesday morning and my brother in law had just had a cigarette outside and my sister and brother in law are from Denmark and the station attendant straight away said “ you stink of cigarettes “ and I thought it was very inappropriate as nobody has the right to tell anyone how they smell.nIt was very unprofessional and should be addressed!!!nI work with the public and would never dream of telling people how they smell, good or bad! And I’m not really happy with V/Line about this!!!
