Picked up my new Ranger Wildtrak two days ago. Communication and support during the order to delivery period was exemplary. Assistant Sales Manager Jacob Bell was very approachable and was always willing to address any questions that I had. The car was delivered in pristine condition, with comprehensive and understandable instruction on the numerous functions available. Much appreciated by a person approaching 80. I could not have been happier with my experience to date.

Bought my brand new FX4 Ranger at Warragul Ford. I dealt with Jacob who was great. Stayed back until 7pm on a Wednesday to do the deal. Car was in the yard and was happy to wait for my father in law to come and test drive it as well when it was past closure time. Couldn’t be happier with the new wheels!nnThanks to the entire Warragul Ford team.

I have used City Ford to buy both my new cars and also my daughters and have them serviced for years now but no more.   The service dept has gone down hill with no return phone calls, no quotes as promised and poor work.   Yesterday my daughter had her car serviced and I was contacted stating it needed a new battery and wiper blades and given a price.  I said to go ahead with the wiper blades.   Today we took the car to a battery service who checked the battery and there was nothing wrong with it thereby saving $290.   I tried to ring the Service Dept to speak to someone but the phone has just been ringing for 5 minutes with no answer.   Never again.

Salesman Darren is a champion. Made is so easy for me to drive away in my brand new Ranger, highly recommended

I bought my car here, have it serviced here and have had a few normal issues with it. They have been absolutely fantastic to deal with! Do warranty jobs without twisting their arm, even take time for emergency repairs. Honestly couldn’t fault them
