Modern and Techly Library for all. Puzzles for children and Games for adults and sinior citizens. Spacious with several sitting options. Many power sockets and computers available. Quote reading room for working professionals or students preparing for exams. Supportive Staff, helps and respect everyone. Easy access to toilets and has 3 3P parking spots. We can park at nearby wanneroo center and 3 min walk to Library.
I recently had the absolute pleasure of hosting my debut book launch at Wanneroo Library on 26 March, and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team and the wonderful support from the City of Wanneroo.nFrom the very first moment I met Natasha, I knew I was in capable hands. She was warm, organised, professional, and incredibly supportive. Natasha patiently guided me through every requirement for the event, maintained clear and consistent communication, and ensured everything stayed on schedule. Her attention to detail and commitment to making the evening seamless were outstanding.nSharon, my interviewer, was equally impressive. Friendly, calm, and highly professional, she provided a thoughtful running sheet and well-prepared questions, while remaining flexible and open to my input. Her experience shone through in the way she conducted the interview, while effortlessly putting me at ease.nClare was another wonderful support on the evening. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, captured special moments through photographs, and brought warmth and positivity throughout the event. As a roving interviewer, she was fantastic at engaging the audience and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.nZoe, who assisted with refreshments, was equally delightful - friendly, attentive, and engaging with my guests, including friends, colleagues, and members of the public. Her presence added to the overall welcoming and celebratory feel of the evening.nI would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the many staff members working behind the scenes whose efforts contributed to the success of this very special event.nI am deeply grateful to Wanneroo Library and the City of Wanneroo for their generosity, encouragement, and promotional support, particularly in hosting the event and promoting it through Eventbrite. One of the louder libraries around, definitely more of a community/family space than a traditional library. High volume chatter even from staff. Nice enough space though; has most things you need, just definitely not a quiet place. Would be ideal if they either close off a study/reading area or close off the kids area.
Beautiful modern library with alot to offer. I recently had an opportunity to launch my book to young readers. My Island Home. Thank you for the experience and all the children who came in covid.
Staff are so helpful and friendly but i wish the adult fiction was sorted into sections eg thriller or sci fi or fantasy etc would make it way easier to find books
