Sent an email on Monday and by Thursday the issue with our evap air conditioner was taken care of great service, the servicemen were also extremely helpful and were happy to try a cheaper option at the time of inspection as well.

Thank you to the fantastic team at Wanneroo Gas and Air Centre. Our 20 year old evavporative air conditioner was literally rotting away but we didn't know that. All we knew was it failed to cool our house when the first heatwave hit in November. Diane, Canute, Michael and Ron came to our rescue. We visited the office, hot and bothered on Thursday and on Monday we had new airconditioner. Thank you all for saving us from having the old air conditioner crashing through the ceiling!

I have now had two dealings with Wanneroo Gas & Air of Wangara and I advise that in both instances I have been extremely happy. Back in October 2016 after contacting a few dealers for quotes and advice for the installation of a ducted evaporative system I selected Wanneroo Gas & Air not just based on their quotation but by the service and advice provided to me by Knute. Knute came to my premises to look, advise and quote me for a Bonaire 8 outlet ducted system. After Knute left I read through all the information provided by him which after reading I had a few questions. I phoned Knute to get answers to my questions which he provided with no fuss to me and at my request I ask if he would confirm by email of which Knute did. Upon receiving his email I was satisfied and then gave him via phone and email authority to proceed with the installation of a Bonaire Pinnacle system. The installation date was agreed and confirmed. Installation took place on the agreed day. They arrived on time completed the installation within the timeframe advised and confirmed that I was happy before with the installation before leaving the premises. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Based on the above installation I contacted Knute of Wanneroo Gas Air in November 2017 to provide me with advice re the removal of a old split system and to replace with a new split system. Knute advised me he would come to my premises to review and discuss what was required. I had known that on the new installation the outside inverter could not be placed where the current one was as the area where the old outside inverter was placed (semi-enclosed patio) was not allowing enough cooling air in the summer months. As there was no other option available to install the new outside inverter due to distance between the inside unit it was discussed and agreed that the new outside unit of the split system would need to be installed on the roof (tiles). Based on our discussions and my research it was agreed that the outside unit would be installed on the roof. I ask Knute to quote to remove the old unit and replace with a new Panasonic split system with the outside unit to be installed on the tiled roof. Knute provided me with quote via email which I compared with another quote received. In reviewing all the advice provided to me and the other quotation received I selected Wanneroo Gas & Air not just based on quotation but the service and advice again provided to me by Knute. Again a installation date was confirmed and again they arrived on time. The removal of the old and the installation of the new units (inside & outside on roof) was completed without any hassle and again prior to leaving they confirmed that I was happy with the removal & installation. After two installations one for an Evaporative in October 2016 and in November 2017 for the removal and replacement of a split system I can highly recommend this company as on both my dealings they provided good old fashion service, advice and installation nothing was too much trouble to ensure that me as their customer was happy with their service .
