Oasis community cafe-a total joke. Ordered a couple of hot drinks and watched the “staff” chat to each other and not bother to start out order u til she noticed we were looking at them and about to ask for a refund. Keep it up and you’ll be closed in no time, overpriced food that doesn’t look great either
Decent size pool, clean compared to the some other places. It was quite quiet, maybe coz it was a Saturday. The kids enjoyed the outdoor waterplay and the playground. Only wished the pool stayed open for longer rather than close at 3p.m.
Fabulous 24/7 gym! Very well maintained and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend this gym decked with new equipment and a competitive price.
We’ve been with Aquamotion since 2021 and have generally had no major issues until a recent experience at reception that was handled very poorly.nnOur child’s access token didn’t scan, and as we were already running late for his lesson, the situation was stressful. I asked if the administrative issue could be resolved after his lesson, so he wouldn’t miss valuable class time, and with the clear understanding that I would be present with him as required. This request was declined without consideration or empathy, despite the delay being caused by a system issue outside of our control. We were also passed over in line and repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain the situation, which felt dismissive and frustrating.nnLater, we were told we had been using the “wrong” token, despite having used the same one for years with no issues. At no point when the token was originally issued was it explained that tokens were strictly child-specific, and there is no name or identifier on the token to indicate which child it belongs to. When we tried to clarify whether this was a new policy or update, the focus remained on enforcing rules rather than acknowledging the confusion or inconvenience caused.nnI provided detailed feedback directly to the centre, but the responses largely deflected the concerns and focused on procedures and purchasing another token, rather than addressing staff communication, empathy, or service handling.nnPolicies are one thing — how customers are treated is another. A bit of clear communication and consideration would have made a big difference, especially for families managing tight schedules with children.
Not bad place for a swim. Went in the walking lane. Very hard to get past the large woman blocking our path. Maybe they need to open another lane so everyone can have space to do this own activities
