Staff are phenomenal.. from the person directing my call to the front desk, Flora inside helping with kids activities to the chef at the restaurant.  Its so nice walking into a place with a helpful front desk.  The rooms are fun to play in. Wish there was one for adults..

Went for a birthday party there on a Sunday. It done well, with a good host. However a lot of the equipment weren't really working and took a lot of tweaking. There were costumes for the kids which they enjoyed but weren't well maintained eg. Most of the fire-fighter helmets were cracked, and the costumes were pretty dirty. Over pretty fun but not sure I'd come back given that the equipment was all a bit dirty.

Kids loved it. We would go more often if it was cheaper and parents didn't have to pay. Food was yumm too

We ordered Chinese fried rice for lunch, after waiting for about 30min the chef come and said that they don't have rice today. Why don't you tell us before so we can order another food? Then this lady in the picture said: we do not only serve you. Wait what is that the service you give us? So rude!!! We’ve waited for so long and you said that to us! Not even apologies from her mouth! FYI, they don't have a lot of customers at that time so it's not an excuse to say that btw!  And the toys it's not interesting at all. I will not recommend my friends to come here. Not worth it, travel for long distance to this place.  Hope you will improve the service!  The good thing from this place only the lady at the front door, she was nice and helpful.

What an awesome place to take grandkids on a day when energy needs to be expended. So many opportunities to learn, explore, and experience real life situations.

This place was amazing! My 2 year old loved it but I think she will appreciate it a bit more when a tad older. She particularly loved dancing on the stage, the construction room and the kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful and each room set up was fantastic. My only issue is with the $5 entry fee for each adult. I went and expected to pay the $15 for my daughter but was surprised when it ended up costing $25 for myself and my husband to also enter when at the end of the day she like most other kids went about playing with other kids and my husband and I, along with a lot of other parents pretty much paid $5 each to just stand there and not do all that much. Then add the charges for food and drinks on top of that and the cost to spend your 1 hour time limit there is nearing on $50. So unfortunately won't be attending again as the extra costs are a bit extravagant for only an hour. Was good as a once off experience though.

We came with our 3 children 2yrs-10yrs and had the most amazing time! My youngest thought the stage, fashion parade and music was a dream come true and did not stop dancing! I loved the lay out of the whole play town. It was really cute seeing my kids playing in all of the gorgeous little rooms and being comfortable interacting with other children. The fire fighting was a huge hit as was the supermarket!! The young lady in there was super helpful but definitely had her hands full keeping all the groceries in order  Oh and I can't forgot the coffee!! Amazing!! We will definitely be back - and will park at the Burdett Street entrance for quick access!!!

This place is incredible and we absolutely love it. We just had my daughter’s 3rd birthday and the staff were so friendly and efficient. The food is worth the money you pay for and great coffee too. Our kids had a ball and I would pay to continue on using this place. Whoever came up with this idea is fantastic as I love the fact my kids can have fun whilst using their imagination. Thank you so much Wannabees Hornsby.

Expensive 2 adults and 1 child= $30 . The concept is great, well think and kids can have a lot of fun. But as a mum, i think a lot of things is missing. The fire station: the ladder against the wall and the poll can be a safety risk for the kid standing at the bottom of the poll as the one coming won't warn if they are coming down.  If you want kids pretend to sell things, money and till that can be open will be a plus.No cameras in any room so make sure to stick to your child as some parents can be quite nasty. The pizza place have some sharp corner , no coffee cup so useless to have a coffee machine. Rooms are quite small so if 3 adults stand inside and 4 kids , you can't really move. Anyone can walk in as the door next to the beauty salon is always open and no one really guard the entrance. Most customer are rude. Keeping 5 tables and 16 chairs without anyone sitting there and leaving others customer standing on their feet is disgusting. If you do a birthday, you should use the birthday room . So, i won't really recommend the place for parents. A lot of things need to be improve.

We loved it! My 3 year old couldn't get enough of the place! Gab was amazing leading the kids throughout different rooms and activities which made it really fun. Everything was well maintained and a great variety. The bikes are a great addition! I love how Wannabees offers something so different to the usual playlands. I had read it was tricky to find so just asked the information desk when we arrived who pointed me in the right direction and we just followed the stickers on the floor. Easy! Looking forward to the next visit.
