Here’s the thing, it has a train and it’s a station and that’s it!! I got through here to Melbourne often and it’s the same lame greeting every time...or lack there of. The same two girls who I’m sure are lovely sit behind the glass ticket desk and greet me with the same angry faces every time. I smile...they don’t. I weigh my luggage....they yell “it’s to heavy, take it yourself!!” I thank them politely....as they yell at me walking to my carriage “hurry up or the train will leave without you!” At 1:46pm for my 1:50pm departure.  They must hate their job

Lovely helpful staff and a great heritage train station. Its just a shame that the train is delayed or cancelled on a near frequent basis. Slightly bigger than the Benalla station however has less historical information than Benalla.

The could be clearer signage which train is leaving where. Also recycle bins would be good!

Trains when are running are grate. The bus no. Bus dont run on time. They normally called in at the last min. If they are replacing the main tain line. Normal bus to bright and around run fine.

Nice little country station.

They have trains there.... I like trains.

Main shops are down the road, has clean toilets, and indoor seating as well as outdoor.

I had very low expectations of this town and I was still disappointed.

Bit outdated station. But have reasonable facilities.

Stuck on bus for more than an hour with new born baby waiting to leave for wodonga
