Standard Country Station, staffs are friendly and helpful.
Just came in from a few days out bikepacking and didn't realise the trains were out. Lady at the front counter tonight went above and beyond to help me out. Great service as always, very appreciated
Here’s the thing, it has a train and it’s a station and that’s it!! I got through here to Melbourne often and it’s the same lame greeting every time...or lack there of.nThe same two girls who I’m sure are lovely sit behind the glass ticket desk and greet me with the same angry faces every time.nI smile...they don’t.nI weigh my luggage....they yell “it’s to heavy, take it yourself!!”nI thank them politely....as they yell at me walking to my carriage “hurry up or the train will leave without you!” At 1:46pm for my 1:50pm departure.nnThey must hate their job
Very helpful staff. Well maintained grounds. Currently being upgraded. Also close to shops, which is handy.
Lovely helpful staff and a great heritage train station. Its just a shame that the train is delayed or cancelled on a near frequent basis. Slightly bigger than the Benalla station however has less historical information than Benalla.
