You can tell the station has been revamped a lot since its classic days. Has an underpass and lifts, the foyer is decent and the air-conditioning works good on a classic day. The Trains are certainly not very frequent on Sundays though.
Enjoyed a quick stopover after completing the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail
Very helpful staff, clean. Bus replacing trains last I used but the Bus service was excellent.
Staff are very patient and helpful to those of us figuring out where to go. The station looks amazing after the rebuild and it just looks nice and welcoming.
Can someone please explain why one of the women who work as a station assistant feels the need to constantly yell at patrons waiting to board a train? Not only does she ramble constantly about how to board and where buses are to people who haven’t even disembarked from the train yet, the constant need to shout “GET BEHIND THE YELLOW LINE “ is downright disgusting! Maybe it’s time to look for another job that might be better suited for her.
