Good facility. Friendly staff. If you've never reversed a trailer before, have a little practice somewhere else before you come in, save yourself looking like a peanut when it's busy

Always easy to drop your greens, very tidy today

Always a blast going out there,quick and easy

Zero stars after this morning. Last week we dropped off cardboard and noticed they took polystyrene. So we went back today and got told no because we live in heathridge??? Never been a problem before, but wouldn't have any of it and told us to leave. Customer service is terrible and the guy clearly doesn't want his job anymore if that's the way he talks to people.

One plastic empty paint container I was informed don't take it here but tarmarer Park do. Over 20min drive eash way for one item. Recycle properly or not at all. Bring back bulk refuge collections so people like myself who do not have enough items to fill a skip can get ride of their items in a more efficient way for us the rate payers

So efficient. A huge load of mulch and easy to access. Greens drop off was easy.

Easy to find, easy to use. Use your tip pass and dump your trailer. Get mulch on the way back out. Very easy.

The guy at the front gate was a C##T, If there was a 500kg limit i couldn't find nor could my wife no need to be rude

I think three free trailer loads of mulch a year, is a great idea. Other councils should get on board.

Not the best mulch, but you get what you pay for .Would be good if they were open during the week
