A photogenic spot with scenic surroundings. Many people were taking a morning walk along the lake.
Amazing picturesque view.. We went twice because it was pouring at first but got a decent photo the next day.
A must see in New Zealand. It's a very famous tree growing out of the lake. It is so picturesque, mountains and the lake in the background. Definitely try to go at sunrise or sunset and expect to be there with lots of other people with bigger and better cameras than yours!
A delicate and elegant tree which looks different at different times of the day. Must do if you're passing by just for that instagram shot. Especially if you love photography...

Nothing spectacular, overrated ratings. Maybe winter will be more beautiful, definitely not on a crowded summer beach.
If you can achieve social distancing to take a picture come back for a medal. Talkin about the tree, it's just wonderful that it's being there for 70 years. I wish I could see a photo from 30/40 years ago.
A 70 year old tree growing out of the lake. Sadly we had bad weather but it was still a surreal image. I'm sure it's even more amazing in good weather, at sunsets etc
