Many thanks for sending my order so quickly. The price of the trainers was also much cheaper than from other retailers. I am very happy, and can certainly recommend Walters Shoes.
Staff very friendly, got a pair of boots in the sale.
Just bought a beautiful pair of navy ankle boots. The lady who served me was fabulous - had a wonderful sense of humour. I really went in for a pair of flat brown ones but came away with something much nicer after sending her back and fore the stockroom several times. Nothing too much trouble. Superb service and so much choice of beautiful boots.
If you have a shoe fetish like me this is one place you must visit! Every time I visit the shop I am amazed at the wonderful choice on offer. I always manage to find something beautiful. Depending on my budget, the fabulous selection of shoes means whatever my price range i'll find something I like. My thanks to the talented buyer/s
Poorly priced items in the window, was going to buy a pair of shoes only to be told that the price adjacent to the shoes was for a bag behind the shoes and the actual cost was nearly double. When we decided not to buy and mentioned that the price tag was poorly placed the "manageress" seemed to be laughing and mocking us as we left the shop. We have made many purchases from this shop, no more unless they get their pricing clear and change their attitude to customer care
Very disappointed with the customer service. Enquired about a pair of shoes that was seemingly in the sale, only to be told that the actual price was almost double. The price ticket apparently referred to a handbag, that in my opinion was poorly placed as it was in between the shoes and a hadbag. Very misleading. When I mentioned this to the sales lady, she thought it was funny and laughed loudly as I was leaving the shop, mocking me. I have purchased items previously but will not be returning.
Lovely summer window ,encouraged me to buy a pair of Fit Flops.Very helpful staff ,ordered a second pair and they arranged delivery. Nothing too much trouble . Will be calling again very soon .Great to receive such personal service in Porthcawl .
