Wallan Vet & 24hr Hospital

Vet was lovely especially loved that she gave our dog a chance to get used to her and his surroundings before taking him into the consultation room. Extremely happy we could take our dog in without any other pets around as he isn’t the friendliest to other pets when he’s anxious. The vet was lovely and explained all the things we needed when it come to the bill for his upcoming surgery and any other questions we had to ask about the surgery. Very happy with the visit. Staff are amazing and so are the vets.

Today i unfortunately had to put my beloved cat down. I cannot express how grateful I am for the staff I encountered today at the Wallan Vet. The lady at the front, who I also spoke to over the phone, Kirsty or Kirsten? I think her name was, was super kind and patient with me as I cried when coming in. Dr Olivia was my cats Vet and I can’t express enough how amazing she was. She gave me time with my cuddles, she spoke so politely and with such care and explained everything before she did it as it was the first animal I’ve ever had be put down. She took amazing care of not only Cuddles but with me and made the situation much easier for me and handled cuddles with such care and love. You can tell she truely cares about animals and I felt like the way she handled my cat was above and beyond. Thanks to these two girls who made, what feels like the hardest moment, something I can now remember as a heartfelt experience. Keep doing what you’re doing because it meant the world to me, the way you looked after cuddles last moments.

Staff are very kind and compassionate. We had to say goodbye to our little babe cat as she passed over the rainbow bridge. Daniella is such a lovely person and had the warmest heart towards us. The compassion we were showed was very much appreciated and overall made our very difficult experience a smooth one. Can’t thank the team enough

Took my puppy in for her second round needles - I've never been here before. The whole team, from the veterinarians, to the nurses to the receptionist, genuinely have a love for animals. They were all so happy and polite. I was extremely impressed and really happy. And even though Shelby was having needles, she loved it there too.

We were traveling home to Melbourne and our dog had an incident with a stick on one of our breaks. The girls at Wallan Vets were just lovely. They took Poppy in even though it was close to closing time and we’re not locals. They were calm and explained everything very clearly, giving great comfort and confidence. Can’t recommend them highly enough

Great vet. My dog doesn't like anyone and the vet handled her great. The front desk girls were very helpful and friendly. All my pets go there now and I am very happy with all outcomes.
