Orderd small chips, lamb souvlaki, flake, 2 hot dogs and nuggets. Fish was definitely frozen and not fresh. The chips were nice. I've had better lamb souvlakis else where, this didn't have much flavour. Customer service The gentlemen was nice. The lady who took my phone order didn't sound like she wanted to be there.
If I could give this place no stars 100% I would. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of care this place has for customers food. The entire place is filthy, oh don't even bother asking for a refund for un edible rock hard food because you'll be told "it's just food". The boss said he wouldn't even eat what he gave us and refused to refund us. Don't call for a complaint because they will hang up on you like the ignorant people they are. Shouldn't even have a food license due to the food we have received tonight. Would not waste your time going here!!!
Ordered a mixed souvlaki with sweet chilli sauce wasn't told till they'd made it there was no sweet chilli sauce could have said that when I ordered it a d I would have went somewhere else to buy my dinner what a waste of money deserve a bloody redund Then bought 2 dri ks waited for receipt and girl served next customer without giving me a receipt. BY FAR THE WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FROM THERE
Overall the food was dry, cold and bland. They forgot part of our order, by the time it was fixed all food was ruined as well. Won't be returning, no matter the craving.
Stay away from Wallan Fish & Chips at al costs! We went here tonight and did a $40 order for our whole entire order to be well over cooked to the point that the potato cakes were black and they’d separated. It is beyond a joke and the boss couldn’t even give two hoots!! Will never be back!!

Absolutely foul! $50 for a quarter of a box of DRY unsalted chips! SOGGY grilled fish like I’m not even sure how that’s possible? So frustrated what an absolute waste of money we won’t be back
Grilled flake was so sloppy, tasted gross. Chips were dry and tasted like cardboard, didn’t even have salt on them and specifically asked for chicken salt. Dim sims were also very squishy too. Won’t go here again.

Very hit and miss with their food. Burgers are pretty woeful at the best of times. You can go there one week and get fish and chips, and it'll be all perfectly cooked, hardly any oil and full of flavour, then other times like the order I have in front of me now, it'll be dripping in oil and no flavour at all. I don't think we've ever had an order from them where they actually put salt on the chips either.
