My partner and I recently purchased the Fryslan Brick mural from Wall Candy and it is amazing. We had to wait for a few weeks for it to come from europe but I am glad we waited. It has defintely changed our entire apartment and given it that New York loft style we were after. The team at Wall Candy especially Desiree were amazing and helped us through the whole process and gave great advice on what to choose. Couldn't have aked for a better service and would highly recommend using their services, we will defintely be back for me. Nicky was the person who installed the wallpaper and she is a master and I cannot fault her for the amaizng work and recommend you use her. Thank you so much Wall Candy we couldn't be happier. Paul
WallCandy are fabulous to deal with. We were supported through the whole process of selecting wallpaper which matches our house, and they were very good with communication. We had one wall done and the product came out stunning but there were lines in the wallpaper due to either a fault with the product or installation. Both WAWallpaper and WallCandy were awesome about this, and when I asked for help with fixing the issue of the lines they offered to replace it and reinstall it. You can’t do better than that. If we are ever decorate again, I’ll be back and I’ll be suggesting them to others as well. Big ups to these guys :
The staff were very helpful at finding us the best wallpaper to suit our space. However, we had to wait over 2 months to receive our wallpaper and also, there is no option to return it if we were to dislike it - but we love it!
As an artist ,Wall Candy is my go-to for decoupage upscaling of furniture inspiration. They have a great ‘Off-cut’ section which I regularly raid , always buying way too ‘inspiration’ .. yet I still can’t resist popping into the Beaufort st showroom With parking out front. to say hello to the Wonderful staff who understand the ‘excitement’ of finding THE perfect print and the gushing that accompanies.
My daughter absolutely loved her wallpaper! Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Wallpapers are beautiful and quality is superb. Bob and Dean from WA Wallpaper did an excellent job at installation. We will come back for more!

Do not order from this store!! We wish we had read their reviews before we ordered. Starting with the positives, the products when they finally arrived are great and the staff instore are friendly. We, like everyone else, were told a 2-4 week delivery which we accepted in all good faith. This is also written in the invoice. They take the whole payment upfront, with no chance of a refund when the delay continues with absolutely no positive news about delivery. 2 months later still no wallpaper had arrived, by which time we had a room full of wall units all over our apartment floor. Their communication is non-existant, it's as if once they have your order they don't give a damn. This was a terrible customer service experience and we will never order from them again. Not once did we receive an apology for the delay. Sorry guys, you need to do much better!
The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of wallpaper. Good quality. You will have to wait if you order paper not in stock. We chose paper sourced from overseas and it took 2 months to arrive. Luckily we weren't in a rush and slowly making our way through home upgrades.
At the beginning the customer service was wonderful. I ordered some wallpaper for a client beginning of March. On my invoice it says that it will be here within 10 days. After 10 days I sent emails and rang and no one ever replied or rang me back. Until one day I actually lost my cool and went mental that by April the 16th I finally got a reply and was told that the supplier was not reprinting this paper. They did however send through two other papers to choice from but my client didn't like them. Now because of the time delay my client went in a picked another wall paper that she was settling on. I then had to deal with a 7 month pregnant client crying because the nursery will not be ready. Last Thursday I asked for the money to be refunded and in my email I asked for this to be done so I didn't have to go through the drama of chasing the refund of month. So I rang on Friday once the money hadn't been back on my card and was told it was being done on Friday. On Monday I rang and was told the warehouse were going to do it today. It's Now Tuesday and the money still hasn't been refunded and I am guessing I will be chasing this up again today. So if you are going to buy wall paper from here, I would ask them to check the availability before paying your money. Because it seems to me that once they received the money the customer service died down and no one was interested in helping until I had to loose my cool. To update this review, I just rang the shop again and was told that today the manager isn't working or in to process my refund. So once again I have lost my cool and told them that he has 45min to call me back or send a bank receipt through showing the refund or I will be taking this to court. All this just over 3 rolls of wallpaper. I have now received the receipt for my refund within 10 minutes of me having to make threats. Honestly if it could be done in 10 minutes why couldn't you do it straight away and keep a little dignity within your company.
This store is lovely! The range of wallpaper they sell is extensive, I placed an order and had to wait a few weeks but was definitely worth it!! The staff are so knowledgeable about their wallpaper range, and were happy to answer all my annoying questions. Oh!! and their range of vintage furniture and bric-a-brac is also amazing!!
