I have been dealing with Walker Ceramics for 10 years now. I am very happy with their service and products. I had a few issues with some of their glazes and spoke with David Walker. He was very receptive and acknowledged my problem. He spoke with the glaze making team and put them on to me to discuss the problem. It was great to have so much support and they were willing to help me resolve the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. David sent replacements at no charge. I didn’t expect that, but I am so grateful to him. Also the way they pack and send their glazes are the best I’ve seen. It must take so much time to do that. This is really appreciated. Thanks David and Walker’s staff. One happy customer
Great ceramic tools, materials and equipment. Mostly helpful staff - they don't necessarily offer to help you, but if you're patient and wait, they will.
The staff at Walker Ceramics are incredible. Helpful and generous with their unlimited knowledge and friendly personalities. Each time we visit, it’s a road trip for me and my pottery friends from McCrae, the car returns full of goodies and our minds bursting. Thanks Walker Ceramics we’d be lost without you
Visited here for the first time last week. Amazing amount of stock. Everything you could possibly expect from a top tier ceramics store. You name it, they have it.
Been going here for years. The staff are always really helpful with advise and trouble shooting and the product range is great.
