Excellent customer service, secure parking with reasonable price. Loved the location - easy walk into city (15 mins) or the lovely Potts Point (10 mins). Apartments are spacious and comfortable, everything you need for a short or longer stay.

Good enough. About 8 steps stairs to lobby from sidewalk level. Big rooms. With mini kitchen, microwave, stoves  with utensils and cookwares, no condiments though. With coffee and tea. Soaps, towels, tissues are provided and replenish every other day. About 3 minutes walk to bus stop (going to city center). 10 minutes walk to King Cross subway station. Reception is limited hours, but they will give you clear instructions to get in and get the key if you arrive at a late time for checkin. Breakfast (aud10, if not included) is very basic. Bread, spread, yogurt and some fruits. Coffee, milk and juices.

Family friendly with a kitchen and laundry in our room. Pool in building and playground next door. Handy having 24hr convenience store just across the street. Clean, modern and comfortable. Would recommend to everyone, especially those with kids as they are free using existing bedding! ☺☺☺
