Well prsented for an old place and the Loft Apartment was brilliant. Only Things of negative note are the toilet paper is cheap, balcony is never washed - a layer of black soot from pennant hills road.

There is little choice in pennant hills when it comes to accommodation. The Waldorf is certainly not in the same league as its namesake in midtown Manhattan but the reception staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms fairly large albeit with dated furniture and there's a free breakfast buffet as well as a decent Sri Lankan restaurant on site. There's also a hotel bar.

Has a funny smell but way better then the ibis up the road

Terrible service by the front desk!!!! They do not like children to stay in this hotel. Most likely the guy at the front does not have children so he is not nice to kids.

Medium comfort.lazy Aircon and  annoying lady Receptionist.cheap rooms available compared to city hotels.
