Any business, especially the one in the hospitality industry,apart from having quality products, needs to have a solid customer focus as well. Wake-up Speciality Coffee dues exactly that. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the Myers Centre food court, has plenty of seating space and had a good selection of food and drinks. The champion of this place is their amazing coffee which is truly special. However the staff makes the experience that much special. They are friendly, courteous and great at their job.
Update - still no latte art, oh well. Coffee prices have gone up too. Good coffee but I wish a bit more care was put into the presentation especially when the cafe was pretty empty and quiet on a Saturday morning. Carrot cake was delicious though. Service was okay. Lots of tables and chairs around.

Needed some customised sweetness in drinks and the barista nice guy with dangly earrings, love it recommended me and did a coffee for me. Coffee is so good, blow my mind, my day went super great after a good coffee, and I hope everyone here have a great day too.
Ha ha what a great find. These guys are quick, friendly, no-nonsense. Coffee always is hot and good. I think it was Phoebe that served me and she was a delight. Also the main guy don't know his name but he is a lovely man. Cheers guys, I will be back! Nina
Wow...what an amazing cafe and staff.They cater for dietary requirements my scrambled eggs were delicious and their range of menu items is extensive. Fantastic staff. Highly recommended.
If you're looking for a warm and welcoming cafe without all the loud bustle the mall can bring, Wake Up Coffee is your place! Aydan and his friendly team always greet me every week or so with my regular order and probably call refer to me as 'raisin toast girl' honestly and a smile that I really haven't been able to find a matching service too else where in the Myer Centre, or the whole CBD tbh! They are so timely and the food is always fresh and delcious! It's my perfect place to sit and draw, but whatever you are looking to do whilst you drink your daily dose, it will be a good time here
Simple oat latte to start the day. They make delicious avocado feta toast sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Must try.
Wake Up Specialty Coffee is hands down the best coffee shop that I've found in over a month in Brisbane. Expansive, eclectic menu with all the classics, and the service here is consistently superb, engagingly pleasant. Check it out: A keto friendly turmeric latte!
Great coffee and amazing customer service. I was particularly impressed with Jay, who was friendly and attentive. Wake Up Coffee is a must when visiting the Myer Centre!
