Quite expensive but this is something you don't get to see every day. Friendly and very knowledgeable tour guide, bit of humour too. Well organized and accessible for people with reasonable mobility, including those who walk with a crutch

The guides are knowledgeable and friendly, your tour doesn’t feel rushed and the caves are just magical. Toilets and other areas are clean. The cafe is basic but sufficient. The gift shop has some very neat items.

Our guide was so good that the tour was one of the highlights of our holiday. Actual time in the boat is short, but rest of tour was still super interesting

Such a great place to visit and now is the best time, as tourist numbers are greatly reduced.  Beautiful caves, great guides, a fantastic day trip.
