Wairarapa Funeral Services have been there for my Poppa, Aunty, Nana and now my beloved mother. My brother and I had to sort things this time, a difficult task but having met Rob before I knew we were in good hands. We met Anna who was to be our funeral director and she was perfectly suited to the task. She is a compassionate professional, pure and simple. I cannot rate her manner and care of our Mother highly enough. She helped us choose a plot with Mum, turned out in the middle of the night when she passed and was just the right person to take her away, so carefully. Thank you Anna for helping us through this most saddening time and making it the best possible experience it could be.
I would just like to show my complete gratitude to Anna and the team at Wairarapa Funeral Services following the loss of me lovely mum. They made the whole emotional journey so much easier for my family and myself to farewell mum. It was a beautiful service and a lovely place for mums friends and family to say goodbye to her. She looked wonderful and at peace in her lovely casket that we chose. The service was amazing and done with such ease and professionalism. The cost of the funeral was something that mum and my family had not actually thought about, as it took quite awhile for me to sort out the payment which I felt very reasonable took longer then I thought to sort out. Wairarapa Funeral Service were very helpful with time to allowing me to get payment sorted. Thank you so much for taking care of my lovely mum. Your sincerely David Elton.
Over the past month we have had two grandparents pass very quickly, Robert and his team were amazing. They supported us like we were family and we’re very accommodating to all our needs for the day. Wairarapa Funeral home were recommended to us by the rest home my father was living in. From the very beginning, Anna has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has been so accommodating and compassionate. I would highly recommend Masterton Funeral Services.
I would like to thank Robert and Anna for their outstanding and extremely professional service they provided as the best funeral directors in the Wairarapa. Nothing was a problem for them.  They showed empathy, patience and compassion for a family that had lost a very special Dad, Grandfather, friend and well know business man - Fred Burling They know how to do things right, even to the finest of detail. I would highly recommended Robert and Anna without hesitation.
We had mum's funeral here,I was very impressed with the way Robert and his team handled everything, made the day just that little bit easier having such nice staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Burying whanau is never easy. A big part of that burden was made so much lighter with Robert, Anna & Annee of WFS. taking care of things. Your extra efforts will always be remembered and so very much appreciated. Our mum Eileen, sister Monowai & brother Tim were all given every attention to detail in such a professional & caring way you could feel their genuine best, being given effortlessly. It is so comforting to know such wonderfull people exist to make the end journey so respectful and smooth, not just for the lost one but for all whanau and friends remaining.
On behalf of my Mum, June Beresford, my sister Tracey and the rest of our family, we would like to thank Anna & Robert for their friendliness, patience, warmth and compassion when assisting our family with the burial of our husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend, Terry Beresford. The process was seamless making such a difficult job caring, a little less painful and uncomplicated.
Can’t recommend Wairarapa Funeral Services enough. Robert and Anna were amazing and very accomodating to the plans we wanted for Ron Millers funeral. No problem was to big for Anna to solve. She’s a star, she’s thoughtful, caring, a breath of fresh air, and sure definitely knew how to put a smile on our faces at this tough time.
On behalf of Irene Grossmith: What initially attracted me to Wairarapa Funeral Services was the fact that its chapel was the right size for a small gathering and that the casket did not have to be moved from the premises for cremation. Best of all however was the director, Anna Wolffram. She was absolutely delightful. Her professional, dignified and quiet manner made us feel relaxed. She had patience when asked, sometimes repeatedly, for explicit details about procedures, and always welcomed us whenever we entered the funeral home. The experience for us, was one of peace and calm as everything was taken care of. Thank you Anna
