Excellence service efficient and very helpful.
We were surprised by a $125 fee for the 5 minute site visit. No mention of this on their online booking form. I spoke with the business who confirmed this is a minimum fee and covers up to the first 30 minutes of service. I’ve suggested this should be outlined on their website clearly. The service was friendly, prompt and whilst unable to fix the appliance, gave good advice all the same.
Prompt action, arrived when they said he would, fixed the problem in 2 minutes.
Very reliable and friendly service/repair place in Waiheke! Highly recommended
