Wonderful place to relax - and it's only $4. The people who work and frequent here are so friendly and easy to chat with. I went on a hot day and the pools are HOT (even the cool pools are really just lukewarm). If you have long hair, I suggest tying it up because otherwise your hair will smell sulfuric for months.

Fantastic experience for only $4 per adult. We went in 12 pools over a couple of hours ranging from cool (not cold) to so hot you can't stay in there. Each had different smells and colours.

What a lovely place! Really rustic and feels like you are just hanging out in nature. A very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and it's only $4 per adult!!!! Definitely worth a visit 😀

Very simple set up but extremely reasonable price in reflection of this. We went to a few other thermal pools in the area and I would say that this is definitely the best for physical effect as well as great price!

Waiariki hot pools offer an inexpensive and humble thermal pool experience, well worth the money. Be prepared to have the smell stick around on your clothing for awhile.
