Was there for a function a couple of weekends ago and would highly recommend if you are after an intimate nightclub for a function. Very friendly bar staff - they knew their drinks and were always happy to be serving other guests. We all felt very safe and secure whilst we were there with very professional security guards watching over the party. I have had experiences previously where there have been clashes between regulars of a club and guests of the function but not at Wah Wah. Regular patrons were there only to have a good time and did not attempt to interrupt the festivities of the party.  I have been to several functions at Wah Wah including Uni Parties and would certainly recommend for any occasion.

We had a 16th birthday party at The Wah Wah lounge for our Son and a friend. A great venue, quality DJ deck and sound equipment , friendly and helpful staff that ensured it all went smoothly. Would definitely recommend for an underage event.

Always have a good time here and no one I've been with male and female has ever had a problem getting let in - even once when a group of us were wayyy over dressed! The layout can be a bit cramped, but by the time any club fills up, they're all a bit difficult to move through

I thought it was good, pretty groovy joint on a thurs! They did almost not let me in cos they thought I was drunk - I swear it's cos I tripped on un-level pavement outside. They told me not to drink anymore - I did, YOLO!

It's a good place for cheap drinks but its a bit of a wierd place to get into but its good  but they refused entry for one of my mates because he was a foreigner nomatter what form of id he provided

Pretty decent but venue is small and music is okay, on a Thursday I think it's okay

Terrible security, very rude! They will take your money and if they even suspect u have been drinking they kick you out but will take your money anyway! complete wankers!

Great place, if you like clubbing this is one of the best in melbz. Similar to Bowler in Brisbane.

It was ok. Music was good, but a bit of a strange joint.

Music was okay but the environment is not very impressive.
