The Wagon Wheel lunchbar in Morrinsville was a morning tea stopoff on our way to Thames from Hamilton... I had a hot dog with tomato sauce and a battered fish and a chocolate drink with cream.nThere was lots of seating and it was a bustling atmosphere.
Can I just say your burgers, and your chips are the best! I’ve been overseas quite a bit and have tried a lot of burgers. I’ll usually swing by Wagon Wheel when I get back to NZ because the burgers are unmatched. Price is incredible as well. Seriously, don’t bother going to McDonalds or a burger joint. This is the place.nnI only wish it was open slightly later. BTW, it may not be clear to people that there is a takeaway shop that’s open after the main bakery closes - it might be worth trying to get a second business up in Google Maps showing seperate hours + menu. It feels like a hidden gem at the moment.

We purchased 2x coffee, 1 sausage, a filled roll and two large muffins. One blueberry and the another berry. The muffins per undercooked, crumbly,oily, and just plain inedible made from what tasted like a boxed cake mix. They looked really good but didn't live up to our expectation. I returned Said muffins to the till and explained that they were not nice . I wasn't expecting anything, just giving you a heads up, only to be told that I was mistaken, muffins were fresh, not undercooked, you had personally had one for lunch and definitely nothing wrong with them. You offered me a refund for one muffin like you were doing me a favour.
Pastry looks like it’s been on display for a few days, the filling doesn’t taste even close to apricot and has a weird texture. Feeling sick after eating some of it.
