Awesome. So much fun. Such a great club
Good for learning karate but it's expensive
Signed up to their Krav Maga program earlier in the year, and haven't looked back. Top notch instructors, great course and variety of other styles to try out
When I joined this gym I was 160kg and after 2 years I was able to lose 76kg. I can't stress enouph how good this gym is. The trainers have an insane work ethic and unlike other gyms I've been to, I found that they really do care about the well being and personal groath of there students.
What an epic Club, the classes are well managed, friendly and accessible. Muay Thai training is going great and getting ready for a six week challenge in April and can't wait!
