This is one of the two anatomy museum in New Zealand (the other one is in Auckland) due to the fact that this place exhibit real cadavers, public Access is usually restricted. However it is possible to visit this place during departmental open day or graduation. Cameras are strictly prohibited. This museum also contains a priceless embryology collection of fetuses with different developmental abnormalities.
