WA Sports Performance & Fitness is a Strength & Conditioning facility designed to aid in the improvement of athletic performance for all sports, ages and levels of athlete, as well as general fitness group classes, PT and basic access gym memberships!

I have been doing my back surgery rehab here for the past 9 months with a goal of returning to netball and dancing. Lachie, Gav, Dan and the team do everything they can to support you and keep you going on the hard days. I definitely recommend if you want the best place to help with rehab and sport S&C!
WASP is such a encouraging and supportive environment! The WASP team are always so helpful, friendly and motivating! Not only is the team always happy to lend a helping hand, they are also lovely to have a chat with too! I would 100% recommend more people to train there!

You won't find a better physio, believe me I've been to a lot. He quickly identified my issues, which has had other practitioners puzzled. His experience with sports science, allowed him to tailor an excellent exercise regime, which allowed me to get back to work in no time. He also provided me with a lot of reassurance, to support me with concerns every step of my healing journey. Thanks Lachie!

I’ve enjoyed working out at WASP, it’s been really beneficial to my basketball. My overall strength and fitness has improved and I’ve noticed a large change in my vertical jump. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful, I can always ask for advice on my technique. The program is easy to use and has been designed to meet my needs.

The coaches at WA Sports Performance are extremely knowledgeable and created a program that was exactly what I was after. Training at a gym with other athletes all looking to achieve their goals definitely set a great atmosphere of like minded people wanting to get the best out of each other.
