Just called in for a Sunday evening meal, the place was busy but they found a seat for two. Ordered nachos, fajitas and churritos, washed down with a bottle of wine. They don't skimp on portion size, food was packed with flavour. Service was a little slow but they were down on waiting staff. Those that were there were very cheerful and polite. Be aware, there is a Sunday meal surcharge to add to the bill. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
The view is the only redeeming feature about this place. The orange juice was the watery concentrate version - like “orange fruit drink” rather than juice. Cocktails were watery - on reflection, expensive for the quality. The steak fajitas were big chunks of overcooked, tough & chewy steak and overcooked, soggy capsicum and onion. Definitely overpriced for what was presented. The toilet seat was smaller than the bowl itself and the feminine hygiene bin was literally a small open bin. It was gross. To top off the disappointment… there was a service charge of 10% automatically added to the bill with no mention on the menu or by staff.. Much room for improvement.
We came on a Saturday night for a family gathering. My first tip is not to come here with family or on a first date - you will not be able to hear a thing your company is saying. The music was too loud to be enjoyed, but the lights and atmosphere were fun. I was disappointed with the service. I booked a month in advance but we were given an average table selection against a wall, and when we walked in the staff made us wait as though they weren’t expecting us. The table service was depersonalised and we took ages to be served. Eventually, when waiters tended to us, they all kept coming as if they hadn’t coordinated who was managing what tables. The cocktails were the highlight. I enjoyed the coconut margarita We shared nachos and the sizzling fajita platter. The food was delicious and sizzling, but didn’t compensate for the poor service and loud environment
Food is amazing here! Really good concept with a great view! A bit pricey but again the food, drinks and location retribuyen that. Went on a Saturday and felt rushed to order and rushed to leave and at least the girls that served us were not the nicest ones. If I’m spending money why is it so hard to be nice?
We had great service on the day. Drinks were nice, Decor was fun. Food was very average. It lacked flavour. The portions for the shared options were small & lacking. They thrive on large groups, yet they don’t split bills. If you want views, & a cute atmosphere, this place has it. If you want good Mexican, go elsewhere.
Terrible experience! We were really looking forward to having some relaxing drinks and good food here, but unfortunately everything fell apart as soon as we got seated. First round of drinks took around 15 minutes to arrive, then we waited 15 minutes until we could flag down our wait staff to ask if we could order some food, only to be told "I'm on my break", and for him to rush off. We eventually saw someone else working there and flagged them and put in our food order. It was then 45 minutes later that we got the attention of a staff member again to check on our food... no one had even stepped within an inch of our table the entire time... and when asking, there was just a look of confusion. The staffer came back and said that it would be another 20 minutes as there was a "mix up". It was at this point that we cancelled everything and asked to settle up, requesting some type of comp for wasting almost two hours of our time and now having to find somewhere else to accommodate us for dinner. The manager then came to give excuses that their system wasn't "communicating" and he was sorry. No comp of the drinks or offer to come back. We mentioned the poor service of the first staff member refusing to take our order as he "was on his break", but this was just shrugged off. Really disappointing experience. Usually I'd give a place some allowance for issues with tech and staffing, it happens. But to just disregard us and ignore us for so long, and then really not offer much of a resolution to bring the service level back up... that's not good enough when there are other places for people to go where they will have much more enjoyable experiences.
Got the order wrong a couple of times but the place was packed and the staff were lovely and fixed super quickly. Had a great time and will be back! My only tiny bit of feedback is to maybe train staff on allergies a little more but again this could be because the place was insanely busy with big groups at the time. Had a great girls brunch!!
Faultless and friendly service from all of the staff. Delicious food - all meats and fish cooked to perfection. Cocktails were so tasty and well made too! Somewhere we keep coming back to dine at. Awesome food and drinks!! The staff is amazing too, everybody polite and respectful. The Bottomless Classic Margaritas are delicious and a very good deal! 89$ per person and we get guacamole to share. Special honor's to chef Paritosh, great dude!
Best Mexican-Restaurant we have ever been to!! You need to try the nachos
