Arrived early, queued for 40 minutes. When it opened was told they were only doing pre booked commercial vehicles. Wish they had put up a decent sign.
Signage told us to wait in car, so we ended up waiting longer than needed because we hadn't gone into office to pay. Was there for an hour and a half as there was only 2 guys working. So slow.
Can't drive in for a WOF at this branch anymore, booking only. Don't bother.
Lovely customer service here. They will inform you exactly how long it takes. Great place to get the vehicle maintenance done especially if you are traveling out of town for the weekend or not sure of topping up brake & steering oil etc. Busy place but quick service.
Very pleasant experience getting my WOF done here. Mechanics were very thorough and took the time to explain what still needed to be fixed. Receptionists need a little improvement on their customer service and communication skills. Other than that, will be coming back again next time I need a WOF

Car failed on rear brakes, front left shock and 2 front tyres, fixed all these things, went back to do the recheck and they failed it on a leaking power steering hose, fixed that, went back to do ANOTHER re check and surprise surprise you failed it on a ball joint, why are you adding more stuff on a re check? Why is your inspector checking the ball joints she it stated power steering hose leak? Why was this not picked up during the previous 2 checks? Car was initially sold but have lost a sale thanks to your idiot inspectors.
How does it take an entire hour to get to 1 car a Warrant Of Fittness?! Previous times we've been here it's taken all of about 20minutes, wheres all the decent staff gone?
Thay failed my car on lots things took it back the next day did nothing to it and got wof train ya staff vtnz show them how to press a button to open a boot please my god and the next time I see one of your staff trying to rip my door off ill talk to my lawyer and you will be replacing it. Never take your car there always use the one on jasper please people
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff behind the counter. Good for licensing and WOFs
