If you’re vegan, this is the place for you. I ordered the vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese. The vegetarian pizza was amazing, Also best vegan cheese I’ve ever had so far. Pasta was a hit and the chips were nice.
We’ve been coming on and off here for quite a few years. Even though it’s way out of our way, it is our go to before or after hot springs dining place. We love love love the pizza here. The tapas are just ok, but the pizza is one of the best in Victoria consider this a treat as they ain’t cheap pizzas. Service is always good. It was a little bit cold with the spring breeze coming through the open door on this particular visit but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our pizzas. Yum yum yum. Sorry about the terrible photos. I was top excited to eat and just remembered to take photos after we’d almost eaten them all
Came on a Saturday night without a booking, they sat us outside fortunately near the heater so it was ok, although I saw a few tables empty inside. Tried their aglio olio pasta and while it was very tasty, it was sooo salty. The anchovies are so salty. I would have loved it better with less anchovies, or less salt overall. We had white pizza base of truffles and mushrooms and while flavour is great, I found it’s a bit soggy everywhere except the crust. Maybe some people like this kind of base, but I would like it crispier. Overall not a bad dinner. Not cheap and not perfect but taste is pretty good.
Nice ambiance, friendly staff, and dog friendly.nnHad our lunch on a Sunday and it was a great dinning experience. Very friendly staff and the moment they saw we have our dogs with us, they provided fresh water for them to start with.nnFood wise it was delicious!nHad their special spaghetti marinara in white wine sauce, perfectly cooked al dente pasta and fresh seafood, highly recommended. I only hope they add a bit more pasta in it, the quantity was a bit short for the price compare to other pizzeria in the cbd. Although food quality was amazing.nTartufo pizza was also delicious!
What a great little Italian place. A pleasant set up, the Mexican music was a bit of a surprise. The carbonara was tasty maybe a bit small in adult size and the truffle mushroom pizza would have been fantastic apart from being soggy in the middle. Well worth a return visit!
