Alyssa attended to me immediately, I explained the problem and within a few minutes she had worked out the issue, explained it and fixed it.
They been my long term phone provider. Any issues are addressed with immediate visit to Norwood Adelaide Office. Yes i received great service with Daniel today. Great communication.Clear and helpful information. If you are not recieving the help you need. Please do not be upset.Just wait and see another service provider. The services provider are there to address issues.It does not matter they are simple issues, or really difficult ones.

I want to draw attention the to WONDERFUL Christina who helped me with my plan renewal earlier this week. From the moment I walked in she was the most caring, engaging and helpful Vodafone team member I have ever interacted with. Even when her shift had finished, she never rushed me and made sure I was happy, and have me a hug to say farewell!! She is an incredible customer service representative and an asset to the company. :
The staff pretty much greeted me at the door and took care of my needs straight away fairly good staff recommend this store.
If I could give a zero I would. No idea about customer service. Lack lustre effort is being polite. Was told "call Vodafone tele sales". We have been Vodafone customers for over 15 years and this is the first time we felt unwelcome in a Vodafone store.
Manager gave an hour of his time trying to do the impossible for me and move Windows Contacts to new IPhone . Couldn't have been more impressed . Staff helpful - even two who were off work passing by !!
Fantastic staff went the extra mile to help us out, even stayed back to get our services up and running, Thank you Christina & Rajiv
The Worst. Run by a bunch of idiots who can not get a job anywhere else. Took them 45 mins to do what another store did in 5 mins. Suggest you go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!
