All about the business. The other day we went to change our plan. One of the staff asked us to change the sim and it will lower the bills. I did same, she said she gonna cancelled the previous sim within 24 hour but sim has not Been canceled till 2 days. I went there again that sim has not been cancelled yet but they asked us to pay both bills. I don’t suggest to go with Vodafone. Don't trust Vodafone. Even it doesn't deserve one star.
Not even worth the one star. Told the SIM card was fine it was the phone got a new phone when and set it up. Still can’t make calls useless staff member shrugged her shoulders and says “oh well you will have to call Vodafone tech. Is there anything else I can do”. Before I got to answer she walks off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Twice I went in to get help. Twice I had a young female staff who was most "laxed", off-handed, not welcoming and in the end unhelpful. Didn't even try to get a tech on the line to fix the issue at hand. Very poor "customer service" to be had here!
Not a proactive company. 4575 suburb has had little to no service for the past 11 days and continuing. Customers were not alerted of upcoming service outages. It will be interesting to see if they compensate their customers proactively or if you have to contact them to even be considered for compensation. Very hard to run a local business without access to phone calls or internet. Especially without any warning from vodaphone that this was a planned outage.
Very Friendly staff, Liam was a big help when I was having trouble with accessibility settings. Liam did a good job explaining to me how to access the accessibility settings which had made using a phone so much more enjoyable
Claire was outstanding with her level of service. She was professional and had excellent product knowledge. I also acknowledged her ability to multi task so other clients were not left waiting too long. Very pleasant experience.
Jack’s service to us today was beyond exceptional! So helpful , great product knowledge and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great teleco. I have been with them for years and whenever I have a problem I head to Kawana. Staff are very helpful, friendly and able to fix my problems. At my age I am not really conversant with smart phones and their workings. A visit to Vodafone has me very happy again.
Fantastic staff member Dillon who helped us get new phone. Other staff member was really friendly too. Both knew alot of information and best product for us to sign up too.
