Excellent customer service! I’ve just bought an iPhone X today. The lady who served me answered all my questions & explained in details about my new phone plan as well as the transfer process. Smooth & easy!

Avoid this Vodafone at all costs! The customer service is confusing, slow and they secretly slide extra charges to your account. Its also hard to keep up with what they’re doing for you, no clear communication. 1. They offered my father a free phone case and screen protector in compensation for the time they wasted and the information they jumbled up, that was real nice of them! However, two months later, we found out that they charged us for the products. 2. We purchased insurance for one phone. That phone was later damaged. We then tried to claim the insurance, only to find out they actually insured the wrong phone and that nothing could be done for the damaged phone. I had wasted too much time with customer service trying to fix these issues.

I had nothing but a positive experience when getting my new phone and contract after two years. Spent over an hour with a staff member who was nothing but courteous and understood everything i was asking for.
