I decided to dye my own hair and botched it up! Katrina listened to what outcome I was trying to get and gave me some great suggestions. She was so polite and made me feel so comfortable as I can be an anxious person. He mannerism was fantastic she explained each step to me and when she went to grab something she told me where she was going etc I felt a million bux leaving the salon and nothing was rushed considering I was the last customer of the day for Easter weekend to begin. Got an appointment the day I phoned! My stylist was Sarah who took the time to really listen to my issues with my hair which has grown back extremely curly after chemo & was beginning to become unruly & boufant We worked on a solution which basically meant cutting out the curl & with luck my hair will grow out with it's normal wave & not the tight curls I've got another appointment in 6 wks
